Custom-made products at The King’s Treasury are created specifically for you, so we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, or preference. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Non-Returnable Items

Since all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at business@thekingstreasury.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can quickly verify the claim.

Once approved, you may choose between:

A replacement item at no additional cost, or a full refund to your original payment method. Refund will be processed within 7 business days after verification.

Incorrect Orders

If we make a mistake (e.g., incorrect size, incorrect design, or misprint), we will cover all costs associated with correcting the issue.

Wrong Address

If a shipping address is insufficient and the package is returned, reshipment costs will be charged upon confirmation of a corrected address.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed, as production begins immediately upon order placement.
