Q. Does the King's Treasury take orders for individual custom pieces?
A. Currently we do not design or make custom pieces, but plan to provide custom bulk orders in the near future. Please contact us at business@thekingstreasury.com.

Q. How do I redeem a Gift card received by email?

A. To use gift, click on the link in the email or enter the code in your account. The code will be validated and can be used for future orders. More info here.

Q. Will you send discount or promotion codes to customers?
A. If you are signed up as a Kings Treasury™ Email VIP, you will receive multiple emails each month notifying you of any discounts and offers. If you are not already signed up as an email VIP or would like to change the number of email promotions or offers you receive, you can update your preferences.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. This enables us to maintain reasonable product prices and avoid hidden costs.

Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. Yes—on occasion! We offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on qualifying orders. Be sure to join our email list so you don’t miss out.

Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
