The King’s Treasury (“we,” “us,” “our”) protects the creativity, originality, and spiritual intent behind every product we produce. This Intellectual Property Policy outlines how our designs, collections, artwork, content, and digital materials may—and may not—be used.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All products, graphics, artwork, apparel designs, photography, written content, digital downloads, and branded materials on this website are the exclusive property of The King’s Treasury LLC unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

  • Custom-created designs and collections
  • Original artwork, patterns, and typography
  • Faith-based statements and product phrases developed exclusively by our brand
  • Digital devotionals, inserts, and downloadable materials
  • Website content, descriptions, brand story, and messaging
  • Photography, product mockups, and promotional graphics
  • Purchased licensed artwork incorporated into finished designs

Any licensed digital art used in our products has been legally obtained, and all rights remain with The King’s Treasury under the terms of the licensing agreements.

All intellectual property is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and design laws.

2. Restrictions on Use

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Copy, reproduce, screenshot, download, or duplicate our designs
  • Create derivative works based on our products or artwork
  • Reproduce or redistribute our devotionals, product inserts, or written content
  • Reprint our designs on apparel or merchandise of any kind
  • Use our graphics, photos, product names, slogans, or descriptions for your own brand
  • Use our content for commercial, resale, or promotional purposes
  • Upload our designs to third-party printers or platforms (Printify, Etsy, Redbubble, etc.)
  • Claim ownership or authorship of any King’s Treasury creation

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Limited Personal Use

You may:

  • Share our publicly posted content on social media with proper credit
  • Use our products for personal, non-commercial enjoyment
  • Download officially provided digital materials for your own personal use

You may NOT alter, resell, or distribute any materials under any circumstances.

4. Reporting Concerns or Infringements

If you:

  • Believe your intellectual property has been used by us in error
  • Want to request permission for specific use
  • Notice someone copying The King’s Treasury designs
  • Have any questions regarding this policy
